We collect Non-Personal Information about your use
of our Web site and your use of the Web sites of
selected sponsors and advertisers through the use
of Cookies. Every computer accesses a Berardi
Plastic Surgery Web site is assigned a different
Cookie by Berardi Plastic Surgery. The information

member of Berardi Plastic Surgery and/or when you
update your member profile. We use the Personally
Identifiable Information that you provide to
respond to your questions, provide you the
specific services you select, send you emails
about Web site maintenance and updates, and inform
you of significant changes to this Privacy Policy.
Emails You Send to Berardi Plastic Surgery
This Privacy Policy does not apply to content,
business information, ideas, concepts or
inventions that you send to Berardi Plastic
Surgery by email. If you want to keep content or
business information, ideas, concepts or
inventions private or proprietary, do not send
them in an email to Berardi Plastic Surgery. We
try to answer every email within 48 business
hours, but are not always able to do so.

children. Neither Berardi Plastic Surgery nor any

Plastic Surgery to establish a personal health
record and a Berardi Plastic Surgery home page for

or guardian assumes full responsibility for
ensuring that the registration information is kept

accurate. The parent or guardian also assumes full

specifically agreed to by you, Berardi Plastic
Surgery will not disclose any Personally

Berardi Plastic Surgery operations and maintenance

of providing products or services to Berardi
