Each staff member at Berardi Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery has acquired intensive, hands-on training and are renowned for their expertise, knowledge and detailed customer care.
The entire plastic surgery team enjoys being a part of each patient’s surgical transformation. Always dedicated to providing the very best cosmetic surgery patient care available, Dr. Berardi has assembled a distinguished staff that is passionate about helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. A prospective patient can be assured that all questions and concerns will be addressed during the consultation and a customized surgery plan will be created to meet their individual goals.

Melody – Clinical Nurse
Melody has worked in the medical field for over 21 years. The beginning of her career started at Banner Desert Medical Center as a Patient Financial Service Representative. While working at Banner Desert, Melody graduated from nursing school in 2009 and relocated to the white mountains of Arizona where she began her career as a Nurse. First, working in the Obstetrical Unit of the hospital, followed by the position of a Surgical Nurse-First Assist with the local Plastic Surgeon. That’s where she discovered her love for surgery and the joy of truly making a difference for others.
Melody is a mother of three amazing kids, well teenagers to be more specific and spends most of her free time with them. She enjoys the beach, camping, fishing, and anything to do with music. She is currently enrolled in Excelsior University to finish her Bachelor Degree in Nursing and is a very positive person who enjoys life to the fullest. Helping others is what makes her the happiest.
Jazmyne – Front Office Coordinator
Jazmyne is new to the medical field and has been with the team since November 2015. Previously, she has worked in the customer service industry for 7 years and has always had the innate desire to help make sure patients and customers are receiving the highest quality care. You will see Jazmyne the moment you check in greeting the office, as she will be greeting you with a big smile. She hopes to one day bring that smile to the OR as she peruses classes in the Surgical Technologist program.
Jazmyne spends one weekend a month and two weeks out of the summer serving her time in the Marine Corps Reserves, where she coaches marksmanship and serves her military obligation until 2018. She also loves to spend any spare time she has camping and having outdoor adventures with her Blue Nose Pitbull, Jolene. You may also find Jazmyne at your local dance floor where she is two-stepping and twirling the night away.
